Du premier tirage en noir furent tirées sept épreuves complémentaires en rouge-brun afin de remarquer plus facilement l'oblitération et ainsi d'éviter l'usage double et frauduleux des vignettes servant à l'affranchissement du courrier.

From the first black print, seven additional proofs in red-brown were made in order to more easily notice the obliteration and thus to avoid the double and fraudulent use of the stamps used for franking the mail.
